The contract
Order acceptance and the
completion of the contract between you and us will take place on
the email confirmation of dispatch of the products ordered.
Kurdistanshop.info
reserves the right not to accept an order for any reason.
These reasons include but
are not exclusive to the following:

The product you ordered
being unavailable from stock

Our inability to obtain
authorisation for your payment

The identification of a
pricing or product description error
In case of
Kurdistanshop.info having received full payment for an
order, but Kurdistanshop.info
itself deciding not to fulfill that order,
Kurdistanshop.info will refund your purchase in full.
2.
Cancellation of orders
If you decide for any reason
to cancel your order after we have already dispatched the
products to you, you will not receive any kind of refund.
If for any reason you decide
to cancel your order, after you have purchased the products but
the goods have not been dispatched we will charge you an
administration fee equivalent to 12% of the total price of the
products ordered and hence refund only 88% of your payment.
This is because we would
have incurred credit card and administrative charges.
3.Refund
and returns policy
If there is a fault with
your product you may return it to us within 20 days of receipt
for a replacement or refund (in this case we will pay for the
return of the goods). This does not apply to faults caused by
accident, neglect or misuse.
